Plain Pumpkin Cookies

We wanted to share the taste of autumn all year round. That is why we created these plain pumpkin cookies. We do not use artificial flavorings-only real pumpkin. We process fresh pumpkin into powder and mix it into the dough.

We add at least 150 grams of pumpkin powder for every kilogram of cookies, giving them a natural sweetness. We also measure the dietary fiber content: every 100 grams of these cookies contains 3.5 grams of dietary fiber, which helps promote a feeling of fullness.

The pumpkin gives the cookies a natural golden-yellow color, so no artificial coloring is added. We bake them at a moderate temperature between 170°C and 185°C. This slower baking process preserves the pumpkin flavor and prevents burning.

When you break a cookie, you can see small pieces of pumpkin fiber, showing that we use real ingredients. We have also reduced the sugar content-these plain pumpkin cookies contain 15% less sugar than our regular sweet cookies. They still taste sweet thanks to the natural sugars in the pumpkin.

We offer these cookies in two shapes. One is a large round disc, 45 mm in diameter, which is ideal for everyday snacking. The other is a piped flower shape, perfect for serving to guests.

We use aluminum foil packaging to keep oxygen out, helping preserve the bright pumpkin color and fresh flavor. The shelf life is up to 8 months at room temperature. We also support OEM orders and can adjust the size and sweetness to suit your brand.
