Plain Yogurt Cookie Run

We have long explored combining yogurt with cookies. The result is these plain yogurt cookie run. The sour taste is natural and smooth. We do not use artificial acidulants such as citric acid. Instead, we use imported fermented milk powder.
This powder is produced using a Danish culture and contains natural acidity along with rich fermented aromatic compounds. The lactic acid content is 0.8 grams per 100 grams, giving the cookies a refreshing yogurt-like taste.

We offer two styles. In one style, the yogurt flavor is blended directly into the dough, giving the cookie a uniform taste throughout. In the other style, a yogurt-flavored coating is applied to the surface. This coating accounts for 15% to 20% of the total weight.
It melts at around 35°C, creating a smooth sensation similar to drinking yogurt. The trans fat content is very low-less than 0.3 grams per 100 grams-allowing it to be labeled as "zero trans fat."

These plain yogurt cookie run have very low moisture, with a water activity below 0.45. This helps prevent bacterial growth and allows for a shelf life of up to 8 months.
The acidity is well balanced, with a pH level between 6.0 and 6.4. When paired with fruits such as strawberries or blueberries, the cookies enhance the fruit's sweetness. We recommend enjoying them with fresh fruit or sprinkling crushed pieces over fruit salad.
We use nitrogen-flushed packaging to prevent oxidation of the oils in the milk powder, helping maintain a pure and fresh flavor.
