Our mint chips for cookies are made for people who enjoy a cool, refreshing taste. Summer is here, and we wanted to create a cookie that feels refreshing to eat. This cookie combines the fresh taste of mint with the rich flavor of chocolate. It is like mint chocolate chip ice cream in cookie form. It is a great choice for a summer snack in a coffee shop or next to the freezer in a convenience store.

We use natural peppermint oil derived from spearmint. This oil provides a mild cooling effect, without the strong, toothpaste-like smell. We carefully control the amount, adding only 8 to 10 grams per kilogram of dough. This ensures a refreshing sensation without being overpowering.

For these mint chips for cookies, we use heat-resistant dark chocolate chips. The chocolate contains 58% cocoa, and we add it at a ratio of 8%. The slight bitterness of the chocolate pairs well with the mint, complementing each other's flavors.

To enhance the mint experience, we give the cookie a light gray-green color. We do not use artificial coloring; instead, we use natural spinach powder. Dark brown chocolate chips are visible on the surface. For a different appearance, white chocolate chips can also be used. The contrast between white chips and the green cookie creates a fresh and clean look.

The chocolate chips range from 3 to 5 millimeters in size and are evenly distributed, ensuring several pieces in almost every bite. Our R&D team helped achieve this ideal balance.

We recommend making this product in a thin shape, approximately 50 millimeters in diameter and 5 millimeters thick. The texture is crispy, making it suitable for slow enjoyment.
We believe single-piece packaging works best for mint chips for cookies, as the mint flavor can fade over time. Individual packaging helps preserve the flavor. The shelf life is 10 months; however, the cooling effect of the mint oil gradually weakens. For the best experience, we recommend consuming the product within 6 months of production.
