Pecans and coffee are a natural pair in the American South. We made the Coffee Pecan Cookies to bring this classic combination to your customers. The cookie starts with deep-roasted coffee powder. Then we add toasted pecan pieces. When you eat it, you first taste the slight bitterness of coffee. Next, the rich, nutty oil from the pecans comes through. Finally, the buttery finish leaves a smooth aftertaste. Pecans are sweeter and more oily than regular walnuts. When paired with the coffee's bitterness, the flavors build in layers. It is a great choice for specialty coffee shops or as a gift with a vintage American style.


Quality Ingredients We Do Not Cut Corners
Pecans are not cheap, but we do not save money on this ingredient. For every kilogram of dough, we add 12% American pecan pieces. The pieces are 3 to 5 millimeters in size. They are spread evenly. If you break the cookie open, you will see pecan pieces in every bite. Before mixing, we toast the pecans at a low temperature for 15 minutes. This step brings out their aroma and keeps them crisp. The coffee comes from 1.8% freshly ground Colombian deeproast coffee powder. It is ground very fine, passing through a 100mesh screen. There are no gritty bits, only pure coffee taste. Our R&D team made sure the coffee and pecans work together.
A Memorable Texture and Wise Advice
The Coffee Pecan Cookies have a crumbly texture from about 18% butter. But the pecan pieces give a clear resistance when you bite. You get a satisfying crunch. This texture makes the cookie easy to remember. The sweetness is at a mediumlow level. We use 15% less sugar than our regular sweet cookies. This lets the coffee and pecan flavors take the lead. The aftertaste is nutty, not sour or greasy. You can increase the pecan content to 15% for a premium gift version, but the cost will go up. We use American pecans as standard. Using local walnuts would lower the cost but change the flavor. The coffee powder can be swapped for an Italian blend or Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. The acidity level will change. We suggest a round cookie 55 millimeters wide and 7 millimeters thick. This size ensures every bite has pecan pieces. The shelf life is 8 months. Pecans have a lot of oil and can go bad easily. The package must have an oxygen absorber and use an aluminum foil bag.
